Hello. Now that you opened this thread you probably want to know what is the secret behind creating characters?
Do not fear! I will guide you through the 'deep forest' of Datachanging (also known as character creating).
So first you have to start with a Datachanger. It is a program that lets you manipulate and edit the .dat files, found in your data folder (which is in your lf2 folder). Download everything you need from here - http://www.mediafire.com/?tjnj22omyh2 (thanks to Azriel). You can open the program, select random .dat files and just look at it for a second. It looks chaotic at first, but when you get the basics of the script it will be as simple as it can be. Trust me.
Lets see what you can change there.
Made all of these things? Are you still interested? :3
STILL INTERESTED IN DATACHANGING? Awesome, we have a new DCer in LFE ;D
I hope you enjoy staying in LFE. Don't forget to check out this: http://lf-empire.de/lf2-empire/data-changing
You know guys, I really saw many newcomers that had no feeling about what is mainsite, so this thread just guides them to it...
Yea, it might look useless, oh well
