connection problem OMG STRANGE!!

Hi i've been having SUPPPPER F*****ing connection problems and you might think he donno how to use hamachi but I tell you i've been playing since 2003 and I always played with hamachi but now somehow when I try to connect and input my friend's IP it loads at his screen but my game get's stuck and then i wait... and wait but still nothing , ive tried the 12345 port but it still doesn't work
can someone help me?

sometimes it happens that the ISP lowers your internet speed => slower up/download
is the pinging-time acceptable?
have you tried with another exe?
do you use the same version?

for whatever reason, some exe's work and then, from one moment to another, they don't. Yea, try to use a different exe (make sure that your friend has the same one, otherwise some strange things could happen. Or not. I've never tried it).
Also.... a restart of your computer may help :P
