How do I get do the character sprite out of the wind attack
I just want the wind sprite instead I'm afraid I might mess up the sprite

Here are my plans for my character metal D>A AAA+ (Click to View)

ice effect
fire effect
critical hit effect or explosion idk

with although I have to be good at datachanging and spriting to make this work

Hey mate! Good to see you going at it
First you would need to know the origin of those sprites.

Naruto Shippūden: Ninja Council 4 for the DS

With this you can try to find isolated sprites of that wind effect.
Also, If you plan on using ripped sprites like that, that site is great.
If by chance you can't find anything, the contrast on those sprites seems enough for you to even do it in ms paint.
