It is very unlikely that anybody is going to help you if they have absolutely no idea what they're getting into. Means if you can't really provide screenshots or ideas or anything (and that's not only per PM, since nobody would really bother if they don't know beforehand), I think nobody will be interested.

And guess what, many people have said and tried this before, and I guess a rough 98% have failed.

Don't let this demotivate you though. Only encouraging you to first realize some of your ideas, then turn them into screenshots or videos, and if they're outstanding (and if progress is going well), then people might get interested and help you with it.
