Use itr kind: 8, with a certain dvx: to lead to your desired frame. This itr will trigger when you step on a certain body (which is your area).
Please read Little-Fighter Mainsite for further information :)

With area you mean background?

First of all this is not easy to be done.
You should put an T0 object with a special bdy in a certain area (which has an unique zwidth), learn here how to do it: http://www.lf-empire.de/forum/thread-1703.html

Then you use an itr/kind8 in a certain frame of character (example: can be done by D>J) move which can interact with T0 object bdy, then dvx: of ik8 will lead to frames of special move.
Pretty much what I said :D - Simoneon

dvx: This tag has a completely new function. If the area of effect hits the bdy of a character, the object goes to this frame.

Does that mean, when a char with bdy(s) hit the object, the object will jump to frame x, eh..?? :s

NO...
So, I use hit_Da, then my char will summon an object under it...
Nah, my char will do some special attacks just upper the object... :O

Just like the circle of hidan-reaper-mode in NTSD 2.4... :D
