Anyway, I will be working on this project as soon as possible, I still can't fix the problem of reginald ball, it say's BMP missing while its there.

The first gif he's really short. I hope the actual sprites aren't that size and it was just a resizing issue when you made the gif.

change the davis head of the second gif in the last 2 frames, or at least add a headband to it

This is a jpeg so it's hard to tell... but is there a lot of dirty pixels in the spritesheet?

Cause it looks really blurry and looks like it will have lots of dirty pixels.
