updated better wind effect
Its a char by Gad I suppose? I found it on the page and started working on it since I really liked it and I can see that it was already at final stage.
but even so, its really tough for a noob like me, if any of you remembers me, u'll know that I am only good at snatching and combining with simple data skills,
all I wanna do is to make a start, and let the pros continue the work of revamping the chars we'd like to play with ^^
Though it's at the final stage, I had to work on some of the spriting, cos there were still missing parts, and lack of sprite for skills.
I'm not good at doing combos so the skills I created/ copied cannot be linked together, I sincerely hope someone can help me refine that a bit.

Bonu folder in sprite folder,
stuff in sys folder goes to the sys folder,
and the data files in the data folder goes to the data folder.

I forgot to ask for Whaat's permission while I was making the char, but I cant wait to put it up here,
so I sent him a pm, and if he is unhappy with it, I will remove the char immediately.
Also, can someone please do the face sprite? since i really suck at it T.T
