I think it can be done by Using 'Opoint'... - not very sure about it...
Edit- it will help --

just copy the opoint from freeze's D>J, change facing to 30, and there would be 3 rows of them.
if you dont want the first three ice columns to stick together, you must first know that freeze's D>J first spawn an invisible ball, which then proceed to spawn the 3 columns.
just make the spawner has more wait on the first frame(before spawning the first ice column).

cant think of how to jump and stand on it actually, i think its not possible to create another platform with original lf2.

but you can make the character jump into the pillar/column, then wall-kick/rebound or something.
you just need the pillar to spawn state 18 catch balls (for ally catching) with special itr which corresponds to a special bdy in the character's jump frame, that will catch the character and lead him to the wall-kick frames.

*making a random comeback*

I suggest that you do some searching around the forum before asking questions. Lauli has written a tutorial on how to make platform possible here.

I have tried and messed around with the techniques, you can check it out here.

What I can say is, this is quite an advanced technique, so make sure you get the basic ideas behind it first. Also, don't be afraid to fail. I can't remember how many times it took me to make that move as smooth but I don't think I succeeded the firs time :P

Also, the problem with this technique is that if you want to make this to play with/against comp, prepare for bugs because AI cannot handle platform.
