LF2 Main Theme - Guitar Pro 6

Hello world!

I have just started recreating the LF2 main theme song on Guitar Pro 6. It all started with an ordinary discussion about electric guitar between me and some friends.

So, here is the .gpx and .mp3 of what I've done so far:

I do not like elec. guitar. It needs to be corrected. Well I am not musican but that elec guitar seems to be with bad loop at the beggining. When even same parts go again and again, try to make those copies flow with the other ones. I just dont know how to say it.

EXG is on the right track. I haven't listened to the main theme for years, but the riff isn't quite right. In your version the riff is, while generally on the right key, completely off beat. The main theme rhythm guitar has a pretty generic rhythm, that is fairly popular in metal. As a side note, you're also missing a power chord at the end of the riff. I made a quick mockup to help realize what I'm talking about

I also changed some other things, I updated now the song on the first post.

Much better indeed. You even got that power chord in the end, but frankly I believe it's an A fifth, and not the B fourth you have there. Basically just change the bottom B-note to A, and you should be all set as far as the riff goes. I'm just amazed at how poorly mixed the original piece actually is.

I went for the A fifth first, but then I just wasn't sure and thought it was kinda weird to end it that way, but I guess you are right again.
