indeed, as you said louis have a problem with his MP so i thought if we add this MP charge it could fix that

Do you mean MP charge as in gaining MP?

Louis has a problem with his MP in the dash attack and run attack only. We can simply make alternate moves for this. Like if he has too little MP for his thunder punch, he'll do a simple punch/kick.
