How can I make player with 2 bdys that each one will do diffrent thing when it get hurt?

For example: a rock that when it is hit from the back it explode and when it is hit from the front it makes a whirwind

Heavy objects (boulders and crates) turn around when hit from the back.
You could try to work with that fact.
