I remember seeing this notice in the Data Changing Section.

But I don't see solved button anywhere in the topic (but I do remember that it was there in the past).. So if there is no solved button, why bother putting that notice?

Because the solved-feature got ditched during a forum upgrade. I simply didn't notice that there was a notice noticing users to take notice of it

You are right, it was there before but, as I said, got ditched with one of the forum upgrades. Cannot exactly pinpoint the culprit but I guess it was the switch from 1.6 to 1.8.
