Freizen glitch?

Ok well I downloaded Rain and Freizen to try them out. Then when I saw their overpoweredness I wanted to see what was in their data. But when I checked Freizen it only went up to <frame> 70 super punch
where da heck was the rest of it? He could still do attacks and all but where did the data go?
