When u make him go really fast are you planning to show the char slashing the other char
or make him like invisible, & just show him cutting numerous times into the char?
GRAYFOX is a good example when he does DVJ he goes into his opponent & slashes right into him...
Here is what I quickly thought he would look like slashing his opponent...?

@ Kaywonn Juto: he have no picture like that he have wait: 0 everywhere he must be fast so if he attack a move he is so fast that you can see 6 arms (of the last picture how a video)

2 arms from the frame itself and 2 arms from frame 1

no you have to sprite 6 arms in one sprite
also it isnt a good idea a char with everywhere wait: 0
cause imagine the breathing
the walking
Or the running o_O

you can set another speed in the bmp part

the wait: 0 is only by the normal attack and one move where he must be very fast
but run and walk... are all normal

once i tried a template with wait: 0 in every frame...
its funny; you can do 2 super punches :D

but back to topic:
i would make the speed in the bmp, cause if the move should be longer you will need more than 400 frames if you use wait: 0 :P

for that i have think and if i start a move form new and than for instance hit_d: 999
i can stoß the move where i will for instance

fragme 310 sto puta napadad
pic: 94 wait: 0 next: 310 hit_d: 999 mp: 100
he will do it and do it until he have no mana or if i click "defend"
