My char name is D.B.F (death by fire) but i used some of the sprites and data from angel adam so special thanks to him

he is my first char so he is not very good he is very over powerd

and when he pics up weapon he lets it fall

but here he is and if it is a incomplete download please tell me

and if you know the solution of the weapon problem please reply sorry i can't show pics of him here i do not know how so sorry broken download i repeat do not download

Use the [IMG] and [/IMG] tags around the URL (website address) of the picture.

That will allow you to show the picture.

Seriously, never use the "Invert colors" tool by a char.

Because I´ve read this in the Movelist DVJ+J DEATH i don´t test him

May I ask, not trying to be harsh here... is ANY of this your work?

All I can see is you've copied and pasted Angel_Adam's character dc, taken the moves from it, taken firen and his moves, inverted the colours and hey presto you have - nothing.

You haven't provided most of the files, it still says when loading LF2 - cannot create art surface angel_hell.bmp and angel_hell2.bmp


Recolouring a character is fine, calling it a new character - not in the slightest when you haven't done any work. If you do as alblaka does or other people do, you add your own moves and idea's to the character.

The only thing you've done with the DC yourself is made sure atleast 7/8 of each ball/bat/explosion comes up whenever you use it. Which to me is quite upsetting.

I'm sorry, but this isn't what I would call good - 3/10 for atleast providing some of the files. Sorry dude, hopefully (im sure it will be ^^) your next character will blow me away and add some thrill.

There's no need to apologise, it's not our time you used to make it.

But for future advice, practise with spriting and DC. We know you're new, we'll support you in your work. This just wasn't one of the better ones in terms of characters :P. I didn't mean to sound like a nagging old fart, so if anyone's supposed to apologise it's me. I'm sorry I sounded rather angry, wasn't supposed to.

Take a look in the spriting section, look at peoples sprites and then try to copy them. Or draw over existing LF2 characters and make your own, give it a test and a play around - it'll be fine.

Just practice DCing without hurry, try learn what everything means in frames like ´what this dxv makes? How about that oid: 210?´ When you have learned thing or two, you can make your very own char, and then publish it, people give much more critics and comments if you have made the char by your own, well, in own chars there is much to fix, but it´s worth of it.

and then try to copy them.

and some very good spriters like:
Apocalipsis, Hell_Fighter, Lutichris and Siegvar, look at their sprite topics and i´m sure you will learn smthing
