Well, I might be able to help. What kind of Phoenix is it gonna be, and what effect does it have on the opponent?

I'm 90% sure that this book won't help you because, they're made for people who already can draw people very well. These 'step-by-step' tutorials won't really help you draw character, but will help you to copy those in tutorials. The best way is to study by yourself trying to redraw enviroment.

woah!!! first line looks amazing
problem is last line parts look like scribbles and scratches and i think its like the louis wind attack way, so only 4..
that way hd can take first 4 from first line
and below where wind is over there put the last 4 from second line
