Does anyone Know how I can resize a 32*32 jpeg pic with 6kb to 4kb??

Photoshop doesn't resize it automatically for you either. You'll have to specify.

Anyways, usually, when you save a JPG, a dialog will pop up (except for MSPaint) where you'll be asked for the quality-setting. Just reduce that one. Alternatively, you can reduce size by decreasing the width and height of the image, ofc.

in my case i increase the pic using (+,-) then print screen...
thts how i get my sizes....

Yes but with Photoshop I get a 32*32 JPG pic with 16 KB If i Reduce it its almost 12kb... an With photofiltre I can get maximum 2,8KB but how to get 4 KB I ask this because 2,8 Kb is too low quali and 12kb is too big.

• Hit [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[S]
• select "JPG" as a file-format
• hit the save-button
• drag the slider to the left

I wonder since when 12kB became too big since the end of dial-up...
