A data changer is needed , DCing a project !

Hello everyone , I've recently started a project and I wanna test the character on the game .

I'll attach the sprites that I want someone to make it as a .dat file .

First of all I want him to DC my Sharingan Sprite (using D^A), and I want him to DC the Chidori skill (pic 71-80 on the first sheet) (using D>J) .

The Sharingan has to be unique , I mean , when he clicks the combination (D^A) the char uses the pic 100 on the main sheet and the background turns into the Sharingan picture and moves , for 3 seconds , and after those 3 seconds the Sharingan background is done and the enemy's hp decreases by 100 .

The original character's sheet contains 100 pics , the Sharingan has 3 (each one's cool-down is 1 sec) .

The Chidori pics numbers in row are : 71,72 , 73 , 74 , 75 , 76 , 77 , 78 , 79 , 67 , 80 .
From the Pic 78 to 80 the character runs to the enemy and in pic 80 it attacks it .

Main sheet's 80x80 for each pic .
Sharingan is 82x99 for each pic .

The best one who DCs the character will be the official Data Changer for the character , and will be credited once the character is released !

DUDE GTFO AND DATACHANGE YOURSELFE, you make it seem as dc is no work, lol
you just pasted a f***ing sasuke head @ an existing sprite sheet already which is like 5% work of the actually character, the whole rest is 95% datachanging which is a lot f***ing more important than those crappy sprites, and you make it sound, as if anyone could do that with 2 clikcs and the character is done, doh! you even expect more than one dc'er to dc your character as some kind of contest or what?
"hey, whoever programms the best game wins, I'll claim that game completly as mine then, release it everywhere, sell it, get alot of money, but YOU will actually be in the credits which nobody reads anyways, ain't that some awesome idea?!!"
