How to make balls falling from sky?

I want to make six ice balls falling from sky
It is exactly the DLA in DRLF2 (D^A)
I try to open the file to check the oid
but it's messy.
Can anybody teach me please?

[here]'s a tutorial from mainsite. basically just a normal t3 flying attack, but u need to make it have dvy: -ve at the start with hit_Fa: 3, hit_Fa: 7 while falling, and the tail frames and etc.

its all about the X, Y, dvy and dvx and of course like azriel said the hit_fa
