Cannot create table using bbCode or HTML

I suppose one or both of above should work. It might just be my mistake, probably I'm asking what's wrong with my code, but else, might it be a bug?

EDIT:
Okay I chatted with Blue Phoenix and he explained that the posts in the forum is aligned to a table. Means, a mistake in table coding can result really bad, and that's why table is disabled.

Again solved without anyone replying @.@
