Very nice!
Two things that I don't like:
• He doesn't run, just slides.
• Animation of chidori looks kinda too static. Try to make it more random.

And make the electric thing faster.
maybe instead of drawing it directly on the sprites make it a special effect
so it opoints a ball with wait: 0 and multiple frames
I used this effect in my SS2 Vegeta and Vegito transformation and because there are so many frames with the lowest aka 0 wait
it looks different and never the same 2 "flashes" of images in a row.
