Tetris Battle ~ Win w/ only 12 pieces, rank 100 no cheats/hacks, just LOL

I'm talking about Tetris Battle on Facebook, if any of you ever play it :D .

Since Tetris Battle is using the Super Rotation System (SRS) we can kick the J-piece two blocks upwards instead of 1. Thus, the J-piece never touch the bottom and gain no chance to lock down. Since all pending garbage lines will only come into your matrix when you lock down a piece, they will all stay 'pending' for the whole game if you do the trick for the whole 2 minutes.

Of course we need to gain 1 more KO's first because else the number of lines sent will be the tie breaker. But still... WTF is that trick! LOL

When U clear all the lines on ur field, ur opponent gets direct 8 lines under his stack. Very effective for KOing

yea, perfect clear is one of the most powerful openers (sends 10 lines, actuallly, which is half of the whole matrix' height. 2 Tetrises sends 10 lines but uses at least twice the number of pieces, so PC is a very good opening indeed)

and the trick can be done because of the rotation system, in which, if the piece is blocked by something when rotated, it can still tolerate some kicks.

SRS is very illogical actually. The J piece cannot kick one block upwards, but it can kick two blocks upwards. I believe Tetris Friends, Tetris Online Poland and some Nullpomino rulesets are using SRS. The trick works with every game that uses unmodified SRS

Most opponents will use the combo openers, which leaves them very vulnerable early game, so it's quite easy to get a KO even just by simply tetrising once or twice.

Man we gotta play sometime. Add me to your friend list. I am often playing Tetris Arena. My user name is THE_A-MAN. I never played with a professional player b4, so don't go easy with me. Thats gonna be a challenge XD.

Can't say I'm a pro at that kind of game actually ;p I've been playing Cultris II where there are no T-Spins, SRS and everything that matters in C2 is time-combo and downstack :P . I still remember how to do the T-Spins but I can't do them quickly, lol. But again, if we can chat, everything becomes easy. I have Skype (kevincentius) but I'll try IRC too.

Problem is, I don't know how to add friend list on facebook's tetris (I don't play that as soon as I reached rank 100 so you gotta teach me :p ) , and if you mean TF's arena, I still can't find your name
