MyBB software does not provide facilities for ninja police.

What MyBB does not provide can still be programmed from scratch. Though, it's probably not feasible because those situations are too rare. Either they're in the forum games-section or some sort of discussion-thread with an impending flamewar...

So yeah, this idea sounds somewhat... over the top, imo
