his arms seem way too thick compared to the rest of his body :p

if you notice now the structure is a bit odd? camera's view is a bit taller so makes the impression that the legs are much smaller compared to the rest of his body...u might just want to add in a bit more skin around his legs the length seems just fine...
you might also want to fix the left eye, it's just too close to the center...
leave as much room as 3 pixels atm it's squished down to one...so just move his left eye 2 pixels to the left...
i wasn't rly sure if the torso needed work, because it was soo skiney compared to the massive arms...
i like how the simplicity of the pants, good job on tht part of the shading...
hmmm...the straps around his stomach need to be a bit noticeable
cover it grey again and start on another layer
there fill the whole thing with white
use the eraser to separate each of the wrappings...
but then you want to go back and color just a bit over them again so it doesn't look choppy...idk hard to explain

It looks like his pants needs more work

it seems that it is mostly one colour and if you are going to make it baggy pants it needs a lot more wrinkles

The hair look good now,also the legs.
But you could improve the eyes a little more,The nose and mouth should be represented with a darker color of skin and not black lines.That is,if you are making this for lf2.

there's no real gap on his left eye as u would normally see if it was from a side view (which u would find typical)
and wasn't sure if the ear was intentional or not...just thought it was a wee bit bigger...
