If you want to have such detailed breathing animations, you're gonna have to either change your spriting method to sprite stances or accept the blurring. Only spriters who use higher resolution and then resize can do such small movements without making it look blurry after the first sprite (Marti, for example). Mmm... maybe it's not impossible to make it at normal resolution changing pixel-by-pixel, I tried before and it didn't look so bad, but it's definitly not worth the time.

Great amount of details btw. The feet give the feeling that he is not stading on a flat, horizontal surface, though.

V It's not the same. If you're talking about Photoshop's automatic sharpening, after applying it the sprites gets a bit lighter, specially on edges. If you're talking about sharpening it manually, it's what I was talking about before.

I feel as though the tablet wasn't ment for spriting in general, i think i'll stick back with the mouse seeing that my previous work looked better...

awesome man. the tablet is better for drawing then working with pixels. spriteing works well if yo start off huge then compress it so it is a smaller picture/sprite.

Anyways I'll have to say that you are better then I am with the tablet and I've had mine for a year now
