Just a little suggestion... Make the cloud disappear on the right side instead of resizing it to the top-right corner. You could add some more transparency to the last frames to make the cloud disappear ;)

Maybe i have an idea..
I will try to explain that in english D:

When the attack starts in the first frame the smoke appear, but the smoke have no effect on the enemy, no itr or anything.
In the second frame a ball appear, but its an invisible ball with an itr what has the same area as the smoke sprite (Oo i hope, you understand me) and this ball hits the enemy with injury: 10 or whatever - in the next frame the first ball disapear and the next ball apear and hit the enemy again, and so on and so on.

Its my idea :D

But you can do that also with one ball and i think you want that there is no hit-effect o_o'

The opponent just gets hurt and falls down :o

No erhm, I used henrys flute-itr for the smoke grenade in LFM, maybe you can make something like this too. ;)

My suggestion:

An itr with vrest: 4 and injury 4 would deal dmg and disables the enemy to move....
enemy should not be able to move while geting poisoned, or just at the beginning, if you use an vrest: 10 the enemy would be able to escape first, but after 3 second the itr changes the vrest into vrest: 4.....
