Those are nice poses
However u still need to work on proportions
The head size should be a bit bigger so u can easily fit the features there instead they are a bit squished
Contrast isn't as highly noticeable increase either value or saturation when revealing lights and darks
Good job, I like the last one personally...I'd like u develop him more if ur willing to do so...
Keep it up whaat

i see, that you are kind of developing your own style. That's good, but as luti pointed out you have to work on proportions. Its good know but you will get problems with details later on. So a bit more thicker legs and arms etc are fine. Plus you should improve the size in general, their height resembles little trolls.
Otherwise as already said, put a focus on highlights and shadows. Your contrast is too low on that, but I guess you will see that if you sprite in a "bigger" manner. Now go on and create something good.

Ok, i tried to fix the proportions.
1. Try:
Seems to be kinda sucky D: so i made
2. Try (remade that earlier sprite):
And it´s even more sucky D:

1. looking goodish, ways better than I could produce. Though shoes are cut off, otherwise a bit more contrast wouldn't hurt.
2. you forgot to improve the height there.. if you compare this with your little one back then you see that his body parts heights are fitting to his generic size, but in this one you didn't improve that generic size, which is why it looks so squizzed.

The one with red jacket seems to be tilted towards us. If that is what u wanted , its ok. Another important things u need to keep in mind while drawin LF proportions are heads needa be a lil bit bigger (not so big ) . While selecting color palette, go for contrastive shades. It will look good in the result and not in the selection. (try to get the point ) . Other things usually comes thru practice . U will venture through many findings of the body while u keep on drawing and spriting. Good Luck

Constructive criticism :
I actually see that there is a good contrast with the shirt. Same with the pants. It could be even more contrastive in the pants and in the hair and also the skin shades o.O . The fist is too small . And the glow is not like a glow. There are some dirty pixels erase it. The pants are shaded with two colors while the shirt and boots are shaded with three colors. hey the pose has improved and it also looks nice.
