If I remember right the ID has to be between 100 to 199.

Is your ID from 100 to 199 ?
If it's not,it can't fall from the sky Edit: Off topic I thought to make a weapon just some hours ago,but I didn't.Who knows,maybe I may do it tomorrow... Edit again: change tittle: you have wrote "wepon" not "weapon"

You have to correct the weapon point (wpoint) in the weapon file. set the point to the pixel where he is holding it.
