Monolanier sprites
I cant believe you used GIMP for this sprite! So much detail! I am astonished to see such good detail in the muscles, and face. Well the face doesnt look good though. I like the hair.

anything bellow the face is nice...the pants are nicely shaded as well good job ;)
the lighting on hair needs to be in one direction, it kinda all over the place, so just leave the back of his hair dark
and fix the face right now you have your sprite facing our right while his face is centered, maybe move it to our right side and it'l be fine...
