Hmm, what I personally dislike is the armor in the first two sprites. The outlining makes it look somewhat unnatural. Try to rely less on outlines and more on shading; thus, it'd match the general sprite-style better

okay i have to get this out of my system sorry but i dont like anyone
mostly because they are very chubby and for everyone almost its the same idea of style of look and hair
and its pretty annoying my eyes.
i am not flaming its just i know you can do better
make them thinner
and also try something else than just standing doing standing sprites wont get you anywhere (believe me) also they are too sharp
and there is not enough hair for each.

What bothers me more than everyone having the same pants is everyone having (almost) the same face, which should indeed be fixed.

Anyway, an uniform usually consits of both shirt and pants, so if he wants to make them unformed, it's cool if they have the same pants.
