Yes Red steel 2!
very fun game

Only 2 suggestions, only to add to the sprite, perhaps some visible black hair?
And maybe a weapon. He has some seriously badass weapons in the game, and he definitely needs to show one off!
I cant suggest any improvements, because you've got it down pretty good. Great job!

Btw, have you seen my version of the red steel guy?

but eyes are too small for the face which is bugging me.
