Thanks basch. I will try to reduce contrast. I was outta my mind while selecting highlights using the Lab sliders.
I tried to do breathing frames with hair movements added. Unfortunately the forearms stay stationary.

his legs are very bad i meen they should be a little more straight and it looks like the upper part of the legs is smaller than the lower part of the legs when it should be upside down.
