two first things that i noticed when i just looked at this
1 way way too stiff
2 he has no mouth.
shading is way too basic i think you can do alot more
his shoulder are too high and his back is going forward like his about to fall

his right leg is bit shorter than left,oh yeah,not everyone have perfect body proportions
