Infern's sprites

My first LF2 sprite
Sub Zero from Mortal Kombat:

hey
for your first try the sprite is very good!
shading is all in all right and there are also lots of details in the sprite,which is good
the only thing which doesnt look that good is his left ( from our view the right) eye; the face looks too fat at that point, erase 1 px and the problem should be fixed.

Can anyone tell me which things are to fix in Sektor sprite?

For sektor:

his lips looks strange.. Does he have to have that kind of lips? Make it more manlike.

his belt looks so smooth, rectlangular. Make it more realistic.

his pants are to much smooth too.
Work on his pants. Mess it up a little..

Thats all i can see for now..
