I like the cel-shady look you're going with but I think you need another shade layer. Btw, he still looks like he's standing on one foot.

I think u should pay more attention to the characteristics of the person u are converting into a sprite, especially when working on the face.
Wouldn't have recognized him a s nathan drake without his name under the sprite.
Shading and the dynamic pose are pretty good though.

Looks aggressive but has a nice hair style.He has a nice tiger pause,looks like he is hitting someone with his left arm(I like it).He's creative after all.

Looks more like chuck norris.
Except that I like it very much, pretty well shaded (still torso needs some fixes) and nice posed.
