Hmmm, nice updates and the competition too, but the only thing I couldn't understand is: If I record the game with modded characters, the other person going to see it must have the data of the modded characters or "just play it"?

For them to see the replay correct they will have to have the exact same data as you.

The actual record file will save the coordinates of all objects and in which frame they are. Theoretically, you could play the file on any computer, no matter which characters are in there. But it might be better if the one you send the file to has the same data as you so that no errors appear. So yea, use the same data for everything
