Btw sweaters make people fat, and your wearing a T-Shirt not sweater :P
so to address the problem, you made the lining on the clothes rounder (like a bottle)
also another thing:
Your Saturation is all over the place, you have the pants on low and the color on the shirt on high sat.
saturation on dark pants is low (30) (✔)
saturation on dark red lining (100) (x)
saturation on dark green hat (90) (x)
saturation on dark yellow lining (60) (✔)
your values seem ok, but make sure to keep a constant amount of sat on your colors
idk i like low sat now...but in some of my sprites i have high sat, which is ok if the rest of the sprite is roughly the same concentration
it's rly upto you if you wanna have low, medium, or high (just keep it consistent) ;D

Details and shading r good, but i agree with mono it does look fat.. I know u can fix it if u want to gad.
