Well, i don't think it's about the MP, it's about the HP. Since he can't heal himself with milk bottles, he has a healing move + he can always be usefull for team by using special attacks.

That's true, the healing might be too powerfull since it really reflects any ball, also it destroys John's discs.

In short i would say:
Go and try him in stage, i tried playing with him at stage:5 with difficult, and guess what, i only got to 5-1 when with Davis i got to 5-4 before i got bored xp
Might be back, might be not :^) anyways awesome to see you guys again!

I tested it too(pls dont thank itD: :D)

The first thing disturbing me is it is hard to use inputs with it.

Here is the thing which causes it:
in his defend frames; hit-uj,fa,...
are missing. Add them into defend frames too.

Also if you could add some transparency effects to moves; it would improve the visuality.

And give him a ball which goes further even smthng weak.

And for d^j; a white fulscreen flash would go sweet with it:p
and @Mono: Please don't quote so long posts for some short things to say, it looks disturbing.

In that case you should check out Spark's files, his flash causes enemy to go perfectly stunned for about 2.5x the time of the DoP. And i guess it shouldnt be hard to increase that time even more.
