maybe you should change the rules and make up something to force others you really want to be questioned into doing this.

did you expect an answer like that?

doesn't take much time after all obviously yes, there were times were we had to put participants in again, because nobody else was available. Also at some point there were people who got skipped very fastly, people already demanded after a week to change the participant.
This was not quite in my intentions, now people seemingly kick me out when i want to participate, haha.
well, any suggestions regarding that? You don't seem like a person who would suggest such a thing without thinking up some ideas.

Yes. Looking back at the reputation system discussion and today's censorship "discussion". Kinda feels like the two of us are bound to start an discussion whenever we "clash" in a thread. Might of course just be my imagination.

to be honest i thought you had not looked into the forum games recently.

but so far i don't mind going on (05-06-2012, 03:22 PM)The Lost Global Mod Wrote: well, any suggestions regarding that? You don't seem like a person who would suggest such a thing without thinking up some ideas. actually i did not think up anything when i wrote that
but i can do so right now: lfe interviews
a whole sub forum where everyone can post a member related thread ("questions for memberxy")
where once again every member can post his questions to that member
and then someone overseeing this whole thing could once in a while decide for the most questioned member - collect the most interesting questions - and then have an interview with him, which could afterwards be put up
sure most could still just avoid being interviewed - but trust me everyones ego likes being that demanded, if there are so many members wanting to hear all sorts of things
and the whole thing would after all be just one sitting per member (unless there are even more things arising) (05-06-2012, 03:22 PM)The Lost Global Mod Wrote: Yes. What happened on one of the best days of your life? If you're going for the "Oooh, so hard to pick, oh no, can't tell!"-answer, then screw you. :P
Do you like to buy pricey things that could do the same job with less money? Like Pens, Music, Sunglasses, Films, Clothes, etc.
Do you tend to nag about how modern art is so easy to make, or do you think that sometimes it's quite good?
Do you often avoid philosophical (?) questions by countering: "But how do you define X?"

but so far i don't mind going on well, that's the big question arising in my brain so often, when is someone's time here over? In our case, people are still interested, and I have gone by interest most of the time (that said in earlier days, now that people have sort of taken over my thread already, i can't predict the future nor take action in it.)

hm, i assume this would be an sub-section in general discussion section right?
well the whole sub-section deal, would involve a lot of "discussing" with BluePhoenix and the other members of the staff, i recently haven't been getting through to them on certain matter, so I would like to avoid this way if possible.
otherwise i pretty much like the idea, because it is pretty much matching up with mine except the sub-section part of course.

Also now a real question, do you also think that lauli posts the most random questions in this thread here?

i still remember that half an hour before that moment i was looking at and testing random mp3 players with a friend
luckily i remembered to cancel that early enough to meet up 25km away on time (05-06-2012, 05:19 PM)Lauli Wrote: If you're going for the "Oooh, so hard to pick, oh no, can't tell!"-answer, then [5CR3WY0U]. :P why yes? maybe i should actually use this as an official alias of mine more often - i start to like it
anyway if you have a problem with some of my answers you can always reask me and give me a nudge into the general direction you expect - even if that still doesn't help me i can surely tell you why i am having problems to decide or tell (05-06-2012, 05:19 PM)Lauli Wrote: Do you like to buy pricey things that could do the same job with less money? i do not as i try not to waste my time on things i do not like - no matter what time or genre they come from
so that's basically a yes to both options as they do not rule each other out - some art is extremely easy to make yes (not only 'modern') but then again coming up with it or hitting the right aspect ratios etc can also make it extremely good (05-06-2012, 05:19 PM)Lauli Wrote: Do you often avoid philosophical (?) questions by countering: "But how do you define X?" most ppl would say yes i guess
but i do it for a reason and i do not consider it avoiding
if i do that it is because either i have more than one answer depending on the definition (and in that case i need to know how the questioner defines it) or i do not have an answer yet and need more information
in either case if the one questioning me cannot answer me in return and dismisses my question as me simply avoiding the whole thing then that's pretty poor ... (in that case i try to give different options and definitions i can think of as seen with the submarine earlier and possibly other answers i gave ...)
it's important to be talking about the same thing with the same definition, otherwise the whole answer will be meaningless not thought through on my part or misunderstood, and that can be deadly (05-06-2012, 05:25 PM)EXG9 Wrote: What do you think about this prick or coincidence? actually i wouldn't care (05-06-2012, 05:25 PM)EXG9 Wrote: does [Gad] realy mean it? i think so yes - he seems pretty serious about everything he does
