I assume, this problem from your side hasn't been solved yet, has it?

Big problem
the sprites in the spritesheets are having a differnt black and i can't change them all to get the same black
so what do i do?

Step 1) convert your spritesheet (if it isn't already) to 24-bit colors
Step 2) select your pseudo-black (the color that you want to have totally black) {assuming that you don't use Paint, otherwise disregard this step)
Step 3) take the paint bucket tool (ensure that you set #000000 as your foreground color) and dump the black on the places you want them to be
Step 4) save? dunno, I just wanted to have more than 3 steps :P

thats not my problem
i mean the brightness of the black
some sprites are looking more grayish than the others

and i dont get everything at the same color
it would take a week or more

I can only imagine that you used different colors on those sprites. That's actually the only thing that I can think of. Depending on the program you use, you have two options: selecting + adjusting the brightness or redoing the parts you're unsatisfied with...

(I dunno if you've reallyzied it but he is a LITTLE fighter :P [Just joking])
