umh, yes, that changes some things.....
1) get a decent screen recording software (Hypercam, Camstudio, whatever). I believe, some are at the mainsite, and the rest, well Google is your friend :P
2) capture the video, and convert it into a gif (might be the hardest part, because I don't know any program which doesn't stretch the screen). Google might be able to help you here, too
3) shoot it up on the interwebz! aka. upload^^

and yes, lfr's won't help very much since we don't have the right data/sprites

I sat up whole last evening trying to find a good AVI to GIF converter
I gave up when the converter I downloaded appeared to be a thing that speeds up downloads...

and what about simply posting the avi file as zip or rar?
i guess nearly everyone here has a programm to play avis, fe. vlc media player.
