Choose some color.
...take brush(normal, not airbrush) with radius around (i dont know which he used) 23.42px and change opacity from 100% to around 23.57% and make some form spots.
EDIT: wtb, an amasome (amazing + awesome) art. Few litlle, little buggy i can see but naah, not important.
