finally my char.
hes quite cheerful most of the time and a master at building machines. he usually wears his goggles to look into the distance and also view things close-up. his boots and gloves allow him to fly.
his backpack enginge is powered by a secret energy source and while the amount of energy at a time is limited, it regenerates itsself so he never has to tank it up or anything.

i dont think that sounds too powerful, if it does to you guys hell just have a normal fuel tank in there
