Coclusion is simple - learn anatomy.
Okay, I understand, maybe you didn't get the best advice, but still EXG9 is right. And I'd even add that there are more flaws. It's because you draw too simple body shapes and do not have enough knowledge about anatomy. Instead of draw another and another "sexy gurls". - (again) learn anatomy. I'm not talking about reading - if you do not want (but still you could do it). Simply draw realistic body from references. You'll notice a lot of things which "makes sense" (connections, proportions) in human body. After this, you can use your new knowledge for draw simpler "anime body" and create your own style.
That's what I'm doing in last time. It's pretty fun and much more helpful in learning of drawing, than create your own anime artworks without basics informations.

Maybe i get what are you doing wrong in boobs thing.. now they looks like hanging bags cuze of those dark green outlines.. mean you should earse them.
