That's not true. Try that move multiple times on the same opponent. And also watch his hp closer after each grab.
After each time? I only see something special after the third time. All you need to do is do it twice and you're pretty much trolling. Here's a video link since I don't feel like uploading this to my YouTube account: http://videobam.com/Shckq

Anyway, if there was a way to make it remove the current dark health without stopping health recovery entirely, that would be more balanced. Edit: That or make health regen come back after the second time. I honestly prefer the latter since it seems you want this to happen somehow.
I also noticed his knee does more damage than others when they grab. Was that intentional as well?
To live a life of power, you must have faith that what you believe is right, even if others tell you you're wrong.
The first thing you must do to live a life of power is to find courage. You must reach beyond the boundaries of time itself.
And to do that, all you need is the will to take that first step...
Ask not what others can do for you, but what you can do for others.

You missed out that after the first time regeneration is unlimited (the shock of visually loosing dark hp is a great feature though). As long as you don't manage to pull off the second your opponent has a great advantage of auto healing limitless.

I honestly didn't balance him yet - no it was not intentional.

There are some bugs i think (cuz i don't know if you make it on purpose or not)
1. After one or several Void Pulls, the 'Black Health Bar' will re-appear on the victim
2. When 2 waves of Applause hit (D>A+A+A), there are many cases will happen:
- Two waves will head back to its own casters
- Two waves will pass through each others
- Some of the Void Energy will head back after clashing, some won't.
- Some of the Void Energy will still travel after clashing, but will suddenly zap multiple time in the air and head back.
- Some of the Void Energy keep clashing forever and damage who touch them.
3. If Harlequin#1 use Electric Shield while Harlequin#2 use Void Pull, the Harlequin#1 will emit Applause's Void energy while being sucked in.
(But personally i think: if the 3rd one is a bug, it's an AWESOME BUG)
4. He can do >>J left and right non-stop. I means: >>J <J >J <J >J <J >J ......

i think the 4th one is not a bug.... cuz the sprites are fitting good...
despite the first bug and some of the seconds, these things are truly awesome, even if they are not done on purpose..
btw, there is somthing wierd with his void pull, when i play with CORD(http://www.lf-empire.de/forum/showthread.php?tid=8666) the bat guy, against harlequin, and he uses the void pull, and catches me, i get infinite HP... i think it may have somthing with id: 52(maybe)...

Actually these are all more or less intended. I agree that the electric projectiles could be less confusing (especially the infinite clashing is something I should try to remove), but then again it fits him really well.

It's the armor, it will happen on Knight and Julian. I have already fixed this with a bdefend: 100 to ignore their property.

Oh well, i guess this project isn't open for any other ideas than those from original creators, but why not write it.

Something like this as heavy weapon holding. Different weaponact for every frame, so boulder will looks like it's rolling, extended animation for "pick up" item - Harle get onto boulder. I know it looks not that good when it comes to box, but still acceptable.
Or maybe even give him animation of juggling, when he's standing on weapon.

I'm sure I've answered this before but I guess some forum reset pruned it:
I've had this idea for other characters before but the crate always stops me from doing it. To me it's not acceptable. Also I wouldn't wanna waste those heavy frames now.

Anyway,
Harle shall be the first character to feature correct turning opposed to mirroring:

Yes apparently I forgot the face. Good thing I didn't rush it out.
The sheet needs a lot of adjustment anyway. But it already plays amazing with that.

T_T

edit: also yes I did this with 4 hue/saturation layers and masks.
