Maybe i get what are you doing wrong in boobs thing.. now they looks like hanging bags cuze of those dark green outlines.. mean you should earse them.

for other outfits maybe, but look what she is wearing, her tshirt is too small for her, she cant fit well and her boobies are bit squezied to her and it looks like this

still the fixed version is not good enough. also for the second girl, like exg9 said, her boobs looks weird, not normal.

also be careful with eyes's size in hand's drawings, they are bigger than they should be. beach girl is good,while synia is good to but ugly. i like details on them.
