Master Jaden: Rats! You're a bunch of pesky little stubborn juicesuckers! I'll be back to hunt you... Retreat, guards!

Before anyone of the group is able to launch another attack, the opponents disappeared above the stairs. From the distance, they can still faintly hear a few words:

Master Jaden: Don't you think you can just stay and plunder my estate... I'm coming back with my second batch of personal guards. And then you'll fall.

Silence.
The group slowly recovers from the battle, Drahcir and Phil are back on their feet.

Blue Phoenix: Lucky break... I don't know if we would have managed.
Bamboori: In any case, we should probably get out of here soon if he plans on returning with a bigger squad...
SirFrog: Yeah. But still, maybe we'll manage to plunder the chests first, after all he's probably going to take time.
Blue Phoenix: Agreed. Let's have a look around.

It's midday. (4:14 PM)
A blurry mass of raindrops falling from the sky soaks the landscape into a wet idyll.

NOTE:
Mana regeneration is now no more. There will be skills in future that might enable you to recover some mana under specific circumstances, but for now, you'll have to rest or drink potions to refill your mana.
Your INT stat will now empower your spells by a specific percentage.

It works! I actually recieved an email this time, yes :D
so what does "Focus" do? I can't find it in the allmighty book of unlimited knowledge

What can you do with the stat points again? Can I put both in INT?

It has been such a long time :D
okay, one in INT and the other one in MP then, and yes, I actually am subscribed to this thread, but somehow it didn't really notify me in the past :D

to be honest, I actually forgot about the existence about this forum for a while, I was really suprised to see that email... good old times
well I'm not into LF2 stuff anymore, but I won't let this game go, it's just to awesome... and I'm actually proud of myselfe for solving that datachanging problem in this other thread even though the last time I actually looked at a lf2-code was about 3-4 years ago, I guess the talent never dies :D

I really had to laugh now. You've been gone like forever and a short while after updating rpg once again you appear and wreak havoc on the forums again... :p So you really had subscribed to this thread, eh? :D

Hmm, the book site should be updated, maybe press F5 on the spell page. Second one on the list. Since I removed MP regeneration altogether I included this spell to compensate for the loss of natural MP, plus for avoiding the negative consequences when you're out of MP in the heat of a battle. Well, at least I tried... but that should do for more conscious MP usage.

I think it was that way that you need to spend your status points on two different stats.

I wish I could have played :P. Anyway, I hope this continues and. Everyone plays and Snor comes back, or gets possessed by someone, by that I mean those who are not really active, Anyway, catch it later.

yo nave
yo guys
nice to have you here in this game ;)

okay, I'm thinking about giving my points to dex and agi, but before that I have to ask - does agi make me attack more OFTEN or EARLIER? I want you to be clear here because if it's just earlier I choose dex and atk.

well regarding our quest: I think we should get that one chest and get the hell out of here, but if you disagree it's fine with me (I just don't think we will be able to win against these guys anytime soon). OR let's go through the stairs and collect all the juicy chests.
we need some more opinions

Ramond edited this post 06-30-2014 10:30 AM because:
After the latest revision AGI has the following effects:
-In a battle, everybody basically attacks "at once", but in case one attack should hinder the other, the AGI stat determines who attacked first/faster.
-The AGI stat is basically your 'evasion' stat, enemies require enough DEX (plus a HIT roll from 0-20) to be able to hit you (melee).

anyways, great to see this back alive! :D

agi afaik makes you attack faster and more likely to dodge attacks (thats why i barely get hit :p)
i agree with simon, we should get outta here after that one chest.
we dont have any healing equipment left (and im almost out of arrows).

i equip my regular arrows btw

+dex
+atk
