Changing face is changing the whole characters.

Although I tend to agree with you, this is only concept still. We're hoping that everybody just fills in this form with their idea for Davis so we can further discuss his look after that :)

Instead of the outfits
As i said I'm worried it will take too long to change elements in the outfit but it seems like just memento agreed with me so I skipped it

The point for that Woody example was to change only the heads
Could be done not just by face but hair and elements on the face like scars

So please, could u stop being anti?

I liked minor changes in the outfit. Its not so much to change if you know the way of doing fast :P



I am not anti, I just dont like that Idea. It have nothing to that fact about not acepting my ideas. Just because I dont like one or another idea, it does not makes me anti.

As for what we'll change, it totally depends on what you want.
It seems like everybody is fine with minor changes in the clothing, so that is probably your best bet.

Simple as it is. Many Lf2 sprite parts are just copy+paste+rotate+little edit.
What you just need to do is use simple technique in shading. We dont want new flashy sprites with gradient, blur or anything like that. You create 1 layer for OG sprite and 1 for NEW DESIGN PARTS. Its

Wouldn't be a bad move, but it's not very complementary to the already existing moves. Why would you use this move instead of DvA or D^J+A? It has to bring something new imo.
