Great work guys
I already commented on Arcane's versions on facebook; The only thing I don't like in Ariel's versions is the combination of the very big, red hair and the yellow mask. I feel the hair is a bit too big, a bit too red and the yellow color of the mask doesn't fit with the rest of the sprite. Apart from this, amazing sprites
if you ask me I approve Ariel's concepts (less red) as final sprites. It's HQ enough. Doesn't have too much details. His transformations look so different and yet main concept is visable enough. It looks badaas enough for me to be called main villian.
Mono what do you think?, i am curious If we pick right chocies for Wizards and Generals attacks.. extanded lf could be great success. Also i feel like we should experemient with armor colors a bit more. Maybe more grayish would fit to second and hard black would fit for last one idk but should've change his height tho?

I edited the last sprite, made 3 versions: one dark, one with some less saturation (-10% in the hair and -50% in the mask if I remember it right, I think I desaturated it a bit too much though), one silver for Mono Not sure what's best, but it's all fine with me.. so I'll leave the final decision to you guys.
