Hmm, so you basically took LFO-Dennis, and overpainted some parts of his hair with yellow. Isn't he supposed to be real blond? Means, that you completely change his hair color? Dude, take any program that let's you change the brightness, select the hair, and brighten it up. I really don't want to do that face for you, too....

and error message: Not valid Wave format. I don't know what is the problem, I downloaded a sound pack in LFE and paste to data but don't work.

yes, "T-shirt to green in face". What's the purpose if you have a different shirt color in the face-pic compared to the other sprites?
Wave-prob: open the corrupt wave-files in a sound editor (Audacity for example) and save the file without any changes made over the old one. This usually works. If not, change it to 8bit / 16bit / 24bit (one of these always works) and to 22.5kHz / 44.1kHz.
